Q: Are you a Trading Company or a manufacturer?
A. We are a manufacturer. Our factory was established over 15 years ago.
Q: Where are your main markets?
A: In the EU, the USA, South America, South Africa and some Middle East countries
Q: What is your main product, and do you do anything else?
A. Our main products are automatic sliding doors, automatic swing doors, automatic folding doors, hospital doors, access systems and related accessories.
Payment Term:
A. For the sample fee or any small amount, you can send it to our PayPal account. Or you can use Western Union. Of course, you can also send it to our bank account.
A. For normal orders, we accept a 30% deposit by T/T. The balance is to be paid against the copy of the B/L. D/P , but of course we prefer T/T, which is much easier for both of us.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
A. As we are a factory, we do not keep stock. So we need an MOQ to start production, which means 10 sets for each model.
A. Quantity means a lot to the price, so it is better to let us know the quantity if you ask for a quotation. If the total quantity is more than 100 sets, the MOQ for each style can be adjusted.
A: For the custom - made automatic door, the MOQ can be negotiated.
